General

Do I have to pay to be in the members directory?

No, it’s free for personal accounts though we will run ads to cover the costs of the infrastructure, maintenance and development of the website.

I’m a minor, can I register?

You are welcome on the platform though you must have the agreement of and be supervised by your parents / legal responsible. Children under 13 are required by law to wear adapted protections (an helmet is a must) on the images posted on the website while practicing physical activities. Breaking this rule may and will result in the suspension of the account.

I’ve registered but I can’t see my profile in the members page?

Your profile must have at least Profile and Cover Photos to be visible on the members page. Go to your Profile Page and add the missing images.

Profile Content

What can I post on my profile?

You can post images of which you own the rights of and/or have permission to use. By posting content on the domain unlabelled-girls.com you certify that you own the rights of and/or have permission to use the content. We may remove any material that violates third parties copyrights or trademarks. General respect and politeness towards other members and visitors are required.

What about the rights on the images I publish on my profile ?

Publishing images on your profile doesn’t change the owner of the rights on these images. We won’t use the images you publish outside of the web domain unlabelled-girls.com without your consent.

I can’t upload my images, is that a bug?

Profile photos must weight less than 2MB and cover photos, less than 5 MB. All images must have a width of less than 3000px and cover photos a width of at least 600px. If you enter our website by clicking a link in the Instagram chat, you may navigate the site from a proper browser like Chrome or Safari. If nothing works, feel free to contact us on our support page.

How can I add my team and social media links to my profile?

Go to Profile Edit and fill the fields with the name of your team and social media URLs.

How can I hide my profile from non logged-in visitors?

Go to Profile Privacy and set the “Profile Privacy” to “Only Me”. Note that other logged-in members can view your profile.

How can I hide my profile on the members directory?

Go to Profile Privacy and set the “Hide my profile from directory” to “Yes”.

User Data Management

How can I download my data?

Go to Profile Privacy, at the section “Download your data” confirm your identity by entering your password then click the “Request data” button. After your request has been sent, you can notify us on our support page to accelerate the process.

How can I erase my personal data?

Go to Profile Privacy, at the section “Erase of your data” confirm your identity by entering your password then click the “Request data erase” button . After your request has been sent, you can notify us on our support page to accelerate the process.

 

How can I delete my profile?

Go to Profile Deletion, confirm your identity by entering your password then click the “Delete account” button. Note that every profile deletion is permanent.

What happens to my data if my registration is rejected?

All accounts and their related data created during an unsuccessful registration will be erased in the next 30 days without previous notice.
